more cupcakes and PIZZA!

so i made some more cupcakes, made some for PTA and those came out good- well at least they looked liked they did- i didn't eat any. don't have pic of those but they were same as last post but without the teddy grahams. so then saturday i made some more for my daughters's birthday. these didn't come out well at all. i think i may have forgotten the baking soda. they fell in and pulled in from the paper liners. you can't really tell from the picture, the uglier ones were in the back. they were not too pretty, but didn't taste bad- so i swirled some frosting on them anyway. I tried another recipe using nutella-mmm. i found it here. i thought they were "heavy" wasn't my favorite- though i loved eating the nutella and they looked really pretty because they poofed up nice.

made some chocolate ducks using chocolate melts and a duck mold and whalla!

can you believe that the ducky loving chica didn't even eat one?

they were out for a few hours so the icing got hard and i was done with cupcakes so i threw them all away- or at least the leftovers...

maybe next time i will have some more cupcake sucess.

One thing i did have sucess with was making homemade pizzas!

I made 3 batches of pizza dough using my, i mean my mom's, but claimed by me, breadmaker.

then i wrapped them in plastic wrap and after coming home to find them exploding out i put them in the fridge- where they continued to explode, but at a much slower rate- need to figure out how to make it ahead and keep it in the fridge....if anyone knows let me know!

so we rolled, ok so i recruited my hubby and he rolled the dough into individual portions. i had sauce and mozzerella and parm cheese, sliced peppers and onions, cut up ham and pepperoni.

They were sooooooo good!

so good in fact, we are having them again for dinner tonight! maybe i will remember to take pictures!
