ribbon tip

ok so i like to keep everything. a bit of a pack rat- but i am improving, i don't keep as much as i used to. anyways. i like ribbon, especially large ribbon, i keep any that cover packages, products, anything. but when you untie it, they are always wrinkled.

(this one actually came from my bouquet from my brother's wedding, i dried the bouquet of roses and was going to keep it, but my wild one got a hold of it and it was just a bouquet of stems and a mess on the floor)

sometimes i just want a quick ribbon to tie in the girls hair- or for some other project...

the easy way to de-wrinkle?

curling iron. better that dragging out iron and board. just plug in your curling iron and run the ribbon through. just hold it a little longer in the spots it was in a knot. also you can give a little curl to them too. just be careful because some ribbon might burn. by the way i use a thicker curling iron.

doesn't that look better? i have plans for this ribbon, i will post it when i get it finished...
